Blank template
A blank pantry inventory template works when the pantry itself already has a system.
If the shelves are organized, the sheet can stay simple.
Blank templates are for people who do not want a dashboard. They want a page they can print, tape inside a cabinet door, and update quickly while unloading groceries. That means wide writing lines, obvious category breaks, and no extra prompts that turn a restock into data entry.
Use one section per shelf group: grains, canned goods, baking, snacks, sauces, and household extras. Leave some empty lines under each because the pantry is going to drift. The page needs to forgive that drift instead of punishing it.
